About Us

Quality childcare is dependent on quality staff and we firmly believe in recruiting and training the very best. We are committed to fostering happy, skilled, passionate and loyal nursery teams in working environments where they can attain their full potential – ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of childcare provision.

The majority of our Nursery Practitioners are trained to at least Level 3 in Early Years Education & Childcare.  We have a very high qualified to unqualified staff ratio which far exceeds that of OFSTED requirements.  We have Nursery Assistants at Level 2. We also have a designated SENCO officer, she works closely with many outside agencies to help the children who have additional needs.  In addition, we support learning throughout the nursery and all staff are given the opportunity to use our in house training programme to help improve their knowledge and skills. We are very fortunate to have a wide age range of staff our youngest being 20 and eldest being 60. 

We hold regular staff meetings and in house training sessions (delivered by external trainers) ensuring staff are kept up to date with latest developments in childcare as well as re-visiting of our policies on childcare.

We are committed to providing a safe environment for our children so all staff are fully vetted and have an enhanced DBS check before becoming a permanent member of staff.
